While it might seem a bit early to think of Fourth of July fireworks, city officials in Dana Point are making plans to, as always they say, put on the 'Best Show in South Orange County.' The event, which ignites the dark night sky over Capistrano Bay with a selection of effects creating exciting scenes, tableaux and tapestries, is set to have even more blasts this summer thanks to the City Council's recent decision to sign off on Garden State Fireworks' proposal to provide the show for about $138,000.
